Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and therapeutic intervention where the therapist supports the client to effect positive change in the subconscious whilst the client is in a deeply relaxed state. Hypnosis usually lasts between 2 and 4 / 6 sessions and is a much shorter intervention than other therapies. The aim of the therapy is to help individuals find meaningful alternatives to their present unsatisfactory ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
Hypnotherapy can help unlock inner potential and promote personal development. Hypnotherapists will often combine hypnosis with appropriate counselling/ therapeutic techniques. This therapeutic intervention can address many issues such as anxiety, phobias, habits, addictions, smoking, overeating, alcoholism, low self esteem, fear, pain etc
Hypnotherapy is a natural and safe way to help with many issues and circumstances that you want to change or improve, the most important aspect for the success with hypnotherapy is the client's willingness for change and motivation to change.
